1-She pay attention to amount of protein in the food she eats. Therefore she eats a lot of beans and eggs.
2- She missed eating meat since she had always liked food she eats,however, she eats a lot of beans and eggs.
3- She cannot imagine eating meat. Because she has grown to appreciate the pure taste of meatless cuisine, and meat tastes very strange to her, so she is happy to be a vegeterian.
4- Limited meatless choices choices on the menus, but it is changing now with the increase in vegeterian restaurants.

5)Grace is opposed to the killing of animals. She is not only vegeterian but also very disturbed by the use of animal fur for clothing.

6)As she does not eat meat anymore , she feels better, healtier and more human.

7)Being a vegeterian and feeling that she is doing her share to protect animals, Grace becomes irritated when people question her motives for being a vegeterian.Although she tries to be patient with such people and make them understand the value of saving animals, often people do not understand.

parallelism

1:  Our beagle loves to hunt.  When someone opens the back door for her, he barrels down porch steps into the yard.  She runs back and forth across the lawn in ecstasy.  Her nose cruises the wet grass for smells of cats, rabbits, and she sniffs other presences too subtle for human detection.  She spins her tail in quick circles firstly clockwise, then  counterclockwise.  Sniffing and spinning always occur together and they seem to propel her along.
